The JA Welker office building is a single-level office building spanning 4,000 square feet, featuring two tenant spaces. The building was designed to balance usable space, modern aesthetic, and first cost. The mechanical and plumbing systems have been meticulously crafted with a focus on performance, comfort, and first cost.

The interior spaces are serviced by split DX systems, boasting high-efficiency gas furnaces strategically positioned in a mezzanine. Ductwork is seamlessly integrated into the ceiling structure, preserving the ceiling heights desired by our discerning clients. Every aspect of duct sizing and diffuser selection has been carefully considered to minimize air velocity, thereby reducing noise generated by the mechanical system.

In line with the requirements of the building, cost-competitive commercial plumbing fixtures that strike the perfect balance between desired aesthetics and budgetary considerations were selected.
